Getting a quote

When you send us a message, our business developers will get back to you within 24 hours on business days to set up an introductory call and discuss your needs in preparation for the meeting. (You can also book a meeting directly here.)

The business developers are trained in UX design and research basics, so they can offer advice on what solution can work best for you, and gather information needed for a proposal.

Following the call, we’ll prepare the detailed proposal tailored to your project, breaking down services, deadlines, pricing and team size. These are flexible, and can be discussed further.

Depending on the complexity of your project, a second call may be needed with a designer or researcher for a more detailed exploration, or to review a product demo.

Team setup

We do things differently. Unlike most agencies, we separate UX designer and researcher roles—so each expert stays focused on their craft, both on projects and while honing their skills.

They often work in pairs to support and strengthen each other’s work, but the setup is flexible based on your needs.

Need design help but already have a very overwhelmed designer (team)? Our designer can join up to support workflows, build design systems, or provide UI/UX expertise—no research required. 
Have designers but lack data-driven insight? Our researcher can step in for audits, training, full projects, or ongoing support. They bring specialized skills like field studies, data analysis, or eye-tracking—methods that go beyond what a designer can provide. 
Tackling a complex project like a full redesign or brand new product? A paired team works best. They align on strategy, collaborate closely, and deliver design solutions grounded in real user insight.

You can adjust the setup any time you want, to scale with your project.

When you have a design-heavy project phase, research can be scaled down to half-time to conduct usability tests.
When you need more help because of tight deadlines or resource shortages, we can assign you an expert to jump in and help out quickly without committing to a long-term setup.
Slower period? That’s alright with us. Let’s scale down until you need more hands on deck again.

Skillset

You’re here to hire the best UX experts, and we happen to have them. It’s because our hiring process has high standards, and we don’t get comfortable once we found the best candidate.

After joining, new hires go through a structured onboarding and mentoring program that spans several months. This ensures they are fully prepared to take full ownership of projects.

We make sure that our designers have a balanced mix of strengths in both UX and UI design. This lets us take projects that require deep thinking around user flows as well as those where visual aesthetics matter more. Their skills are continously developed in-house, and they have weekly design reviews.

Our researchers have a strong foundation in psychology and sociology. They’re proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and have an exceedingly diverse skillset. From conducting research with children to market research and neuroscience-based motivational interviewing, we’ve done it all.
