Our main goal was to increase the contact form conversion rate on the website.

1 — Research and wireframing phase

We’ve collected more than 1300 observations to uncover the main pain points and the areas for improvement.

The research findings have been used to iterate the wireframes during the design process, improve user experience on the website, and create the ultimate design solution.

2— Design solution

We redesigned an existing website with a focus on student needs. We also simplified the filtering option and revised the core value proposition to increase the overall conversion.

Our solution can be easily adapted to different languages without major UI modifications. Hence, saving time and money for our partner.
